Between strategy and people
Throughout my career, I've seen how companies often want to change but face resistance from employees. I've seen how change often fails because of inadequate systems and processes. And I've seen how CEOs recognise that their organisation is stalling but struggle to attract and retain the right employees to remedy the problems.
I launched my business in 2010 to help SMEs and large corporates get past these issues. I am fascinated by observing companies achieve results for their stakeholders and continuously reinvent themselves to create value for their customers.

I'm now looking for like-minded independent professionals to join me. I need people who go against the grain; people who connect; people who are not afraid to ask the difficult questions.

Your profile
- You have at least 15 years' experience in change management in an executive position, perhaps strategic, budgetary and organisational project management.
- You had decision-making power over operations and stakeholders in strategic areas. You devised a crystal-clear value proposition which you helped to implement afterwards.
- You have worked for/in SMEs and corporates and are an adept communicator, whether you're talking to CEOs and managers or workers.
- You build bridges between various departments and think outside the traditional boxes of HR, marketing/sales, operations, finance, etc.
- You are committed to lifelong learning and understand that knowledge shared – whether with clients or partners – is power multiplied.
- You are firm but fair. You aren't afraid to give opinions on sensitive topics but you're always true to your word – you say what you do and do what you say.
- You are committed and results-oriented. Organisations see you as one of them because you focus on their goals and their people.
- You are bilingual (fluent in NL/EN) and can express yourself clearly in English-language meetings with our corporate clients.
- Your advice is well-thought-through and you have a knack for business and finance. You measure results and make targeted adjustments.
